Cooking Classes

Interested in taking gourmet cooking classes? Ross Wilson, owner of Fire & Ice, regularly teaches classes in downtown Clarksville at Ingredients. His upcoming classes include:

Thai - Join Chef Ross Wilson for a traditional 3 course Thai meal April 19 at 6:30pm. Recipes will be provided so that you can follow along as he takes you step by step through the simple techniques used in preparing all three elegant Thai dishes. Then enjoy the flavors ranging from savory, to spicy, and sweet as each course is presented. Cost is $35.00.

Sushi - Ross Wilson will be teaching a Sushi 2 Class May 10 at 6:30. The menu includes: Cucumber Sesame Salad, Miso Soup, Spicy Crab Roll, Mandarin Roll, Sunday Morning Roll, Wasabi Crusted Tuna Sashimi and Strawberry Summer Roll. Water and wine will be served.

Knife Handling - Ross Wilson will also be teaching a Knife Handling Class, May 22 at 6:30. You will learn about the types of knives and their uses, sharpening and care, handling and cutting technique for fruits and veggies and for meats and poultry and how to create garnishes!
