Contest Question #4

Here's the fourth in our series of six wedding questions for our Cake Charms contest sponsored by Visions by Debra.
The last 2 questions will be presented over the next 2 weeks. Then we'll have you e-mail your answers in. The winner will be awarded a set of Cake Charms at our January 10th ClarksvilleBrides Wedding & Event Showcase.

Question 4. How did the Roman phrase "tie the knot" originate?

a. The groom knotted a rope to represent the bonds of love.
b. The bride's girdle had many knots for the groom to untie.
