Get Cookin' with Chef Corey!


Get ready for a series of gourmet cooking classes with Chef Corey of C&K Catering & Personal Chef Services! The 6 part series, "Educating the Palate", will all be held in downtown Clarksville at Ingredients, 100 Strawberry Alley, Clarksville, TN.

Classes can be purchased individually, or you can sign up for all 6 for $200 and save $50. Pricing for each class covers groceries, supplies, labor and tastings for each participant. "Educating the Palate" April Class:
April 25th, 6pm-8pm
1st Class - Back to Basics - This class will focus on introducing a basic comfort meal with a kick. Chef Corey will use his special seasonings & garnishes to make a meal absolutely so delicious that it will make you slap your mama, knock her down and pick her back up again! Students will learn how to shop for particular seasonings and combine them in such a way to make any food taste good. Price: $40 per person. Registration deadline is April 21st for the Back to Basics class.

Baked Chicken
Chives & Butter Red Potatoes
Long Stemmed Green Beans
Special Dessert: Lemonade Pie Garnished With Fresh Fruit Pairings & Toppings
