Joann & Ryan: The Menu


We're still sharing details from our current Featured Wedding on ClarksvilleBrides.com. Today we're on to the menu! Joann & Ryan chose C&K Catering & Personal Chef Services as the caterer for their wedding day. The bride and groom hosted a cocktail hour on the patio at Kuttawa Harbor House before their formal reception in the Harbor Ballroom. Joann & Ryan's planner, Debra Harris of Visions by Debra, shared some of the catering details from the wedding day with me; for the cocktail hour, C&K prepared Cajun Crawfish Cheese Dip, California Greek Dip, and Tomato & Basil Dip. The reception menu started off with Fresh Spring Salads with Feta Cheese, Strawberries, Honey Glazed Almonds and Strawberry-Raspberry Vinaigrette. The main course was Asparagus, Potatoes, Veggie Lasagna and Airline Lemon Pepper Chicken.
